• Replaced existing shingles with GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal shingles.
• Replaced existing dormer vents with O’Hagin flat vents (upgrades the overall look and aesthetics of the roof).
• Replaced rotten plywood and fascia board.
• Replaced existing low slope modified bitumen area with new base and cap sheet.
• Used GAF Z-Ridge shingles to cap the hips and ridges.
• Used GAF Pro Start starter shingle around the perimeter of the roof.
• Used GAF Weather-Watch in all the valleys and around each roof penetration.
